- Single items are priced flat from a book: a drywall patch, a door re-hung, a faucet swapped, a bathroom re-caulked. You hear the number before we start.
- Lists are priced as a half day or a full day: send us photos of everything, we tell you what fits, and the price is the price even if an item takes longer than we thought.
- Common parts are on the truck — hinges, latches, caulk, drywall, anchors, supply lines, fill valves. Special parts get priced and approved by text first.
- No trip fee, no hourly meter, no two-hour minimum. The visit starts at $175.

Is there a minimum?
Only the flat price for the first item — from $175. No trip fee and no hourly minimum. If you've got more than one thing, a half day is usually the better deal, and we'll tell you.

Yes — faucets, toilets, supply lines, outlets, switches, fixtures and fans. Anything that needs a licensed plumber or electrician gets one from our crew, so it's done to code.
